The name reflects that connection. It is not limited to family relationships or titles. It represents professionals who look out for one another, challenge concerns respectfully, and work together to deliver safe, high-quality aircraft.
Leadership on the floor
Our philosophy was shaped by real operational moments: ensuring teams had basic working conditions, protecting technical integrity, rebuilding confidence through wire-by-wire verification, and creating practical tools when formal systems were missing.
We intend to carry those lessons forward without criticizing former employers or overstating present capabilities. The objective is simple: build a disciplined company where people can do excellent work and customers can trust the result.
